This “Drama Process” has changed in name over the years but the essential ingredients are the same.
School pupils studying Drama will usually come across a process like this – the procedure pupils go through to create a drama.
This PREZI presentation is intended to introduce the process in a visually interesting way. It does however contain a lot of detail, so is indended as a point of reference, perhaps useful to pupils starting their Drama “journey”.

As a teacher in Scotland, this information is inspired by many older documents going back decades – the “Strathclyde Region” pack, the Standard Grade Body of Knowledge, the Drama Lexicon. Like the Scottish Qualifications Authority say, the details are neither prescriptive nor exhaustive, but I’ve tried to put as many of the common features and most often recognised terminology into this presentation.
